I dont think this is gonna work. Blizzard is surely hiding some kind of movement / tracking system to detect unlegit aiming, and there will be NO bypass for that for sure.

PS: I scanned every port from 1 to 65535 and no one is open, so he is telling complete sh*t

no you have to found the heartbeat packet
and i found it
im lvl 69 with huge reports xD over 4 days still not ban yet
syscall78 try block logs on memory will help a lot on detection

You can not block movement packets from reaching the server.
Game servers need to track your movements. Else you could just program a hack that shoots through walls (even though the hits are calculated on shooters side the server will look onto that and sees that you hit through a wall and flagged you)
PS: the dubdomain http://level13.blizzard.com doesnt even exist
