Overwatch Global Ban?

Hello, I have recently been banned on my alt account for cheating. However I don't dare to log onto my main as I don't want to lose my Level 200 account. I heard the Blizzard will ban your mac address, or whatever it is called. That means anything connected to your PC/Wifi would be banned. Is it safe to login in without getting banned. If I would ever cheat again can I just buy a new overwatch copy? Just a note I have 2 computers and 2 wifi connections.

Edit: I used Soldier 82 for 1 quickplay match and stinkyjoint in the practice range.

No they won't ip ban or whatever you want to call it either. Only way to get banned on accounts you didn't cheat on is to be a provider of cheats really or something else really really bad. Just cheating will never get you banned on all accounts ever used on X pc or X internet connection.
