Buying 6k solo MMR Dota2 account, paying $40-$80

Title says it all I guess, I want a 6k or more (no limit how much more, but I guess more than 7k is an overkill) Dota2 accoun. I was 5k before but I stopped playing for a year and half, returned and meta changed, everything so different, the now 5k's are last year's 3-4ks and I really feel in bad hands playing, especially being a support player. So I'd like to pay for "boosting" up a bit, brand new account and shit.
I have PayPal and been using it for 11 years now, not using anything else, but I'm open to considerations.
I also have about 340 euro in Steam wallet from old days trading, so if you prefer games or anything we can just trade for double the price (so basically if your asking price for the account is worth $60, I'll pay $120 in Steam games, dlcs, whatever you wish. I prefer using a middleman for both of our security, but if you got rep and all I'm more than happy to work it out 1 on 1.
I also expect full cooperation in helping me gain complete control of the account, the system email and all that.
