Creating macro

I'm making macro for reinhardt and genji on ult. I want it to left mouse click (special melee) and do 360 spin immidetly so I hit everyone around me. Problem is that I don't know how to do this because mouse points either upwards or downwards when I try to use MouseMove.
Here's what I started:

Capslock::
mouseclick, left
MouseMove, +250, 0, 10, R
return

Edit: I think it is problem with starting location, when I set mouse move values to 0s it will move upwards and to the left about 50 pixels up and 200 pixels left. I tried to alt tab and set mouse coursor to the middle of the screen but there was the same resoult. I need auto hotkey that doesn't have to check current cursor location to change it, instead it just moves mouse.
