HI i am kind of dumb when it comes to coding and someone just sent me 2 source codes for a hack and i was wondering how do i compile it so that i may use it one is for java script another is vb.net they are both trigger bots btw not aimbots.

You don't compile javascript, you run it. Google vb.net compiler to figure out how to compile the other.

The source codes you received may be for detected bots. For example, there was a bot using Robot JS that became detected.
