Duplicate Heroes on Competitive [w/ Screen]

Does anyone know how to duplicate this? It JUST happened on Volksaya Industries. At first I thought it was the 'hero select' glitch but after seeing both Ana in the actual game I immediately came here to determine how to replicate this.

Yes. This was competitive play and even the enemy team was shouting 'how are you doing that'

They will glitch out and force them to change hero .
This glitch can be done by select heroes at the same time .

WRONG.

I was in Volskaya Industries. The guy swapped from Pharah into Ana (after taking point A) and was actually in the game. My biggest regret was that I did not take screenshots of the Ana's standing side-by-side. They were functional duplicates (nano boosts, healing, etc.)

If anyone knows this "Gosufatnerd" or "Georgeforman" I strongly recommend inquiring as to how they did it.
