But I have seen this pop up sooo many times recently in my games. Its getting super annoying. Like being top 500 isnt hard enough now I have this going on. Anyways I wanted to get a better understanding of it. Or if there is a way to nulify this or do I just need to wait for blizzard.

And explanation on how its done will help. You can even break it down an EILI5

1.you join a game.
2.you leave the game when u have a shitty setup
3.you rejoin as fast as possible
4.profit??!

If i leave the game before it starts i dont get the xp penalty etc ?

Also if you rejoin, what did you gain ? your stuck with the same idiots you were stuck with before ?
