Short answer: no

Long answer: IIRC fullscreen Direct X games isn't screenshotable by windows, probably need something that injects dx to do that which would be hard to do with AHK.

I heard version 4.5 of Korean Pixelbot allows fullscreen. Personally have never tried it so dont quote me on this.

Not about the size, I get a fair amount of input delay in windowed/borderless. Because of this, aiming is a bit harder.
