Enquiring - Overwatch Paid cheats

looking for some cheats that might be useful in the boosting industry-

Are there any cheats that meet the following conditions ?
-Memory type cheat ( ESP , Aimbot )
- Non-Chinese ( I'm aware that there are many paid chinese memory cheats but I've heard about their massive ban waves and the fact that the system locale language needs to ****ed around with )
-Reasonable price ( possibly $60~$100 lifetime sounds great )

You will most likely not find anything with those conditions, because Blizz goes hard after people if any info about it is being made public. And even if you get you hands on a private framework, chances are very low that you'll get it for 60-100$ lifetime.

I'm planning on learning programming and making my own private cheats , any resources or tips or any links you can bring me to ?

I've touched on many programming languages but I've never went in depth ( I know basic stuff like loops , if statements ) , I barely know anything about cheating in games or even hooking a game or bypassing any hackshield . Furthest I've went is hacking in Assault Cube singleplayer with my own "Trainer" ._.

Do you know anybody who would potentially coach me on this matter or even help me by dropping resources on me ?

You're a moron if you think you can learn how to create a brand new executable cheat and fundamentally understand C++. You are starting with absolutely no skill in programming, it would probably take most people 18 months to 2 years of programming/studying to have a respectable cheat
