I was ripped off by http://www.mmorpg-exploits.com/faq.html this is the website that i got from here the bugged weapon. Yeah i paid and then then say you get the download but i didnt get it and then i set out a e-mail to there support that said i would get a gurrantee money back no reply. SO if dont use this and if you guys no off anything or how i can create my own bugged weapon please tell me or how i can get my money back that would be great thanks ....

Well its impossible to get these so called 'bugged items' on public servers.

From the screenshot its obviously on a private server.
I remember seeing a sword with those bonuses but less damage..So it was probably just edited.

Your still able to call up the credit card company and file a complaint with their credit card processor.
