How to get back my account ?

Hello,

First of all sorry for my english, I've bought 3 year ago an account and 10 days ago i saw that my email never existed with a battlenet account i have all the information of the account Name Last Name of the seller.

My question : Do you have a solution to take the account back because the GM told me that i can't without the original ID and i am not the original user of the account but i know everything about the account.

PS: If someone help me to get back the account with success i will give a small amount to the person because i spend a lot of time and money on this account..
