    lower your x-axis / y-axis change it til u get the right coords,..

    Also change your FPS-limit in the graphic options (I have turned it off) and try out 16:9 instead of 16:10. Don't know if it even works with 16:10

    This man ... dont fully understand english.
    I have similar problems, fixed with lower sens. It work at 3 smoothly but if i put more, like 4 or 6, it does the same shit than Milkiway.
    I think its a sensitivity or DPI issue but i didnt try different mouse setting then im not sur.

    @Milkiway : Try with sens:3 and not sens:7

    I use the default blizzaed setting which is 15 i think for mouse movement and then my dpi is 1600
