Made via selling stuff (TS crafted items for the most part) on the AH. There's no other source. Meaning, I didn't buy/get it from someone else who either did the same or got it by other means. Gold has only been in my possession, a US IP and account that's never been banned/suspended.
This also means that because whatever is listed in this thread, is in my personal stock and current, you can get it now. No BS of "you buy now, we have much in stock!" to after you pay, you get told "sorry! we deliver hour from now!" any where from once, to countless times! Or getting chunks little at a time because they need to buy it from a farmer/botter first.
