    Easy Port Forward for D-Link

You must know your user and pass but if you never changed it then user is admin and pass is blank
    1. type in 192.168.0.1 and type your user and pass
    2. Click advanced
    3. Click DMZ on the side
    4. Type in your LAN IP it should say 192.168.0.___
    5. Restart your router
That makes your computer bypass the router and go straight to the internet not portforwarding is needed Tested and it works so go ahead if you dont wanna forward ports

Re: Easy Port Forward for D-Link

Well, if you need to know your LAN IP address go to:

EDIT: For WinXP (and I think Win2k). For Win98 use the winipcfg command in the 'Run' after the Start menu.
    Start->Run
    Type in 'cmd' without quotes
You should have something that says:
    c:\documents and settings.....blah blah'\
    Just type ipconfig
    hit enter

    You will see 'IP address'

    Usually it will show '192.168.1.1xx'

Where '1xx' is that computer's internal IP address.

EDIT: Some other routers use a '10.x.x.x' IP address, while others use a '192.168.1.1' IP scheme. Use the /ipconfig idea above to figure out which is which.

Use that with the info above.
