Can you maybe share your addon please? I'em looking for a addon like this for a long time.

Have you considered an auto clicker? Something like Chimpeon would be suitable. You can configure Chimpeon to detect a pixel color change within the game then perform in-game actions. For example you could detect the Call to Arms logo then automatically perform actions in-game (like click buttons) to start queuing then automatically accepting the queue.
