PokeSniper never once caught a pokemon!

Hi,
May i ask why do i have literally 0% chance of capturing any pokemons using pokesniper? im pretty sure im not soft banned, using necrobot and it works. an example -

[9:43:37 AM] Looking for a Dugtrio at 34.042499, -118.469105.
[9:43:39 AM] Dugtrio got away.
- CP: 48
- IV: 75.0097506958622
- Move 1: SuckerPunchFast
- Move 2: StoneEdge
[9:43:39 AM] The Pokemon fled. Make sure you are not softbanned, otherwise you can not catch any Pokemon.

..any help?

Yep. Yep. Yep. So i tried Masterball to unban, and then used pokesniper. IT WORKS NOW!
Not sure why necrobot's unban doesn't unban when i use pokesniper.

At times, it'll use berries to try catch it, but it still never works. Been trying this for a few days now..

Its funny how we both use Masterball to unban ourselves instead of using QuickSpin (its made for unbanning yourself). Anyway, glad to help, if you have any more questions feel free to quote me
