If i don't teleport to other countries and cities and don't walk. Just stay near pokestops with a bot who catch pokemons and get goods from pokestops - can i be banned for fake gps?

Sounds safe to me. But there always a chance to get banned. And yes you can be banned for fake gps. Don´t teleport around while logged in. wait some time logged out and you could teleport to a new location. (obv not log out from like new york and 20 min later be in africa or something... Lol )
