Pokemon GO Easter Egg Discovery

So at Comic Con it was confirmed the Eevee naming was an easter egg as most of us on here knew. The CEO also mentioned that there are other easter eggs. I'm hoping we can get this thread going to get potential ideas on what they are.

Naming pokemon after a certain gym leader or something?
Going to a certain geographical area similar to something in pokemon?

We need some ideas and experimentation

No shit he meant pokestop but its worth a shot just to see if anything comes from it.
I mean, it's not like you have to go out of your way to do it.

But you made me think of another thing, maybe try hatching the egg at the pokestop you got it from.

It is fake. Puka was a blue-eyed pikachu from Seafoam Islands with age lines by his eyes, never had scruffy hair or a necklace. The pikachu with scruffy hair in the anime belonged to Ritchie and was named Sparky. Someone even posted that comment on the reddit.
