Is there any possiblity i can just collect eevee's?

I've made a new account and all i want on the account is Eevee's
I'm currently using this bot: bot ([UPDATED] Pokemon Bot in C# Community Version)

And i'm a noob and need a little help. Any suggestions?

You need to catch one of the starter pokies, which are not eevees... Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle or Pikachu.
Even if you caught only one of those, I'm pretty sure the bot doesn't have any code to tell the pokies it catches apart right now. But you could always submit a feature request, someone might be up to the task of adding it!
What you could do, if you don't mind catching and transferring the others, is set the bot to transfer all pokies below 3000cp, but add only eevee to the "do not transfer" list

That SHOULD work, yeah. will keep bulba, squirtle and eevees
