Failed to authenticate, banned?

I got this error on all 6 accounts I have.
Did I got banned?

If Servers up and its and PTC Account maybe check your Mails for the Account Activation E-Mail solved that problem for me

It temporary solved the problem for me..

I'm having issue's with PTC from day 1, sometimes it let me back in.. But now im completely blocked out for several days now.
When i try log in the game it says "unable to authenticate" but can't login on the website either. It gives me no error, it simply won't let me in.

When i try to reset my password it says email adres info is not known, but when i recover my username it sends me my username to my email adres. I have verified my email adres. (and yes i also re-verified)

Also, when i use my correct username and password it gives me error 'unable to authenticate" but when i use wrong username and password it says "login info is incorrect"

This is bullshit...
