High CP Pokemon

Hello,
Before start i would ask sorry for my bad english and if i put in wrong section.
Im Level 25. Can anyone tell me where i can find good and very high cp pokemon, because i just found with CP like 200 to 900.
My friends have like more then 1500 but i can't find
Please send me cordinate of pokemon where i can find with high cp, don't metter which pokemon but the thing is high cp and different tipe

CP is random it doesnt matter where you go just

you will also very rarely even encounter pokemon with 1000+ CP. 200-900CP are the norm for the Pokemon you find.
you make em strong yourself by evolving them. like a 600+ CP eevee becomes a 1578+ CP Vaporeon if your lucky/use the naming trick.

When you reach trainer level 30 you will be able to find Pokemon with highest CPs in the game because it ends with level 30. Level 31-40 will not help you to find even higher CP Pokemon.

dude 200-900 pre evolve pokemon is good
if you evolve it instant 1800-2300 cp

check pokemon IV calculator in google to check which one you need to keep or trash away

thats the CP calculator not an IV calculator. totally different.
CP just stands for Combat Power and is made by the Pokemon Level, Attack, Defense and Stamina (all of those stats you cant see). Thats why theyre called IV=Internal Values.
So a Pokemons CP can be anywhere between 10-the max CP it can have at your level if your not lvl 31+.
But the CP doesnt tell you anything about the strength of your pokemon like the name would suggest.

here is an Example for the IVs that shows higher CP=/=stronger Pokemon.

these are just 2 Pokemon i had in my google docs that show what i mean and theyre both pretty shitty.

The higher CP Pokemon would normally be the obvious choice to keep and powering up.
But after checking the IVs ive shown here its obvious that the weaker CP Pokemon is stronger.
Now you might ask why. Its because the stronger CP just is a higher Level and therefore has a higher overall CP. But the weaker Pokemon has better Attack, Defense and Stamina. So if i would Power-Up the "weaker" Pokemon to the same level as the "stronger" his CP would be higher and he would be overall the Pokemon allthough in this case just 5% better.
