Soft Ban - Question

Due my Own Mistake ,
Forgot Previous Location and clicked another location (before and after lunch)
I was softbanned yesterday

But Today Till now , i think i am not yet unbanned (It has been more than 8 hours since)
Also i cannot see any Pokestops or pokemons
and the map creation (Using Python and the Pokemon Go API) is also showing up empty from my login

My location diff is about 700 km

but i thought bans are only for an hour or so

What can i do from my end to play normally again ?

So when i can cetainly know for sure that i am unbanned ?

When i enter now there are no Pokestops or Pokemons (There used to be)
Am i banned permanently ?
