Coordinates for 6-7 lures nearby and tons of Common-Rare Pokemon

Hey guys,

I live in Toronto, Canada and there is a PokemonGO HEAVEN here by the harbourfront. There are 6-7 Lures nearby that are up almost 24/7.There are hundreds of players there at all times - thousands on weekend. (As of this post) I suspect it will be like this for months to come. It's a great place to farm for XP, candy and chances at rare pokemon

These coordinates are EXACTLY in the access of 4 lures at one time. The other lures are very nearby and gyms aren't far away at all. There will always be something to catch or supplies to collect. You can be occupied playing this one location for hours and get a ton of gains with a lucky egg.

Here are just SOME of the Pokemon I've caught there. The more dots, the more common. Keep in mind, the consistent lures that are up really contribute to the variety and frequency that spawns here. In this area, you should never be running out of pokeballs. I'm not sure if there are similar places or better, but I would love to hear about em.

Overall, a fantastic place to farm eevee and magikarp.

Again these are just the Pokemon that my friends and I have seen/caught after farming the spot regularly since the game was leaked here.

its a good spot but the thing is i've been there about 3 hours i only got 1 eevee

I think that Sydney spot with 4 pokestops and 4 lures 24/7 at the same place is by far the best I've seen considering how many various pokemon you get.
Not to mention there are like 10+ pokestops with lures 24/7 around that.

I drive past this spot everyday in Birmingham UK - kids school. And i always find a Eevee there - in three days of 'honest play' i upgraded my eevees to all three pokeys (by changing their nicknames)

It might help someone, it might not, but its my way of contributing to a forum ive just joined.

I marked exactly where s/he usually is - he isnt at the pokey stop he is just there as you pass from the grass

Really big surprise! I evolved for all 3 with this spot alone. Possible that they spawn more at night? That's when I caught well over a dozen in a 3-4 hours.
