Pokestop dont work

Hello,
My Problem is that i spin the Picture in a Pokestop. The Picture will be spinning but nothing happenes. Anyone know how i can fix this?

You probably got softbanned. Just wait an hour or so

This usually means you are softbanned because you teleported or moved too fast.

You just need to wait it out. If you teleported locally it is usually no more than 1-2 minutes. If you teleport across the world it is 1 hour softban.
