I have a question, off-topic; How do you zoom in/out in the nox app player? I want to adjust my angle that I view, so it's not too close nor too far away.

No, there is certain SPAWN locations, where a pokemon spawn every 45 minutes. Some areas is multiple spawn locations. BUT, overall in the whole world, can randomly appear most pokemons, such as squirtle/bulb/charm, can appear anywhere, same as venusaur, charizard, blastoise, but it has very small chance. But Charmanders/bulb/squirt, does have certain spawn locations, that do spawn regularly. So there is two different ways pokes can spawn:

    1. Global spawns, veryyy random.
    2. Specific, consistent, spawn locations (every 45 min)

You can watch streams, where they know exactly where Magmar spawns every day, every 45 min, and people go there to pick magmar. Etc.

That Aero/Hitmonlee coords is bogus. I don't doubt that they randomly spawned there but that doesn't mean it's a reliable location to find them.

Here's proof that they're not there

Dratini's not really rare. We're talking about Aero/Hitmonlee spawnpoints which it clearly isn't. I'd classify a spawnpoint as a reliable place to obtain said pokemon within 30mins-1hour.

I agree, and I think all the Specials can spawn randomly all around the world. I'm not sure, that there even is a Aero consistent spawn in the world, but we will see. Same goes for Mythical, they can spawn randomly, but there is nowhere in the world where Snorlax spawns every 45 minutes.

So see who is special and who is mythical:
