Has Anyone Spoof-Walked Long Distances Yet?
After getting soft-banned for the first time yesterday, I began only setting routes that started from my house and led to the high-traffic area of town (about 7.5 miles from my house). I set the gpx travel duration for an hour and a half then let it run while I work or do whatever around the house. It's a great way to cover lots of ground, eggs, and Pokestops.
However, I'm wondering if anybody has set a walking route between cities and successfully completed it yet? For example: from my house to Lenox Square Mall (metro-Atlanta) is roughly 62 miles, and if I had the time (and patience) I could set the gpx travel time to 6.5-7 hours and let it ride, since the gpx conversion site allows you a max time of 24hr 55m.
Has anyone tried anything like this? If so, what were your results? Run into any walls?
PS: I'm new here. Glad to join this community

I don't bother, I just instant jump. You can jump with game running and get soft annex (I got about 2 hours from Sweden to sydney) or you can just wait until you go to sleep, and do the jump before you start the game up for the first time the next day and not get banned at all

I tried both methods. If you make a big jump between locations, (let's say for example you decide to go from New York to Paris instantly) you'll probably get soft-banned for 2-3 hours.
The best way to go anywhere with GPS spoofing is to set your new destination then wait for at least 4-6 hours before connecting back in the game.

I've used lockito to walk between cities and then even tested it at higher speeds as well. I have also tested a couple of different things while using lockito such as setting your location using the built in nox location changer and setting the location to the same as the current one in lockito so you can stop the route and reroute without teleporting. (Hopefully this will help avoid future bans)

You can easily set Lockito to 50mph for an example and start it, it's basically the same as you would drive your car in the GPS.
I wouldn't recommend to port around for more then 1-3 kilometers, just to lower the risk.

If you want ot walk use the nox app player with xposed framework and the mock locations hider and you can set walking paths works well.

Out of pure curiosity/boredom I made a gpx file that runs from central park to the north pole at 11km/h.
I'll let you know how it goes if I don't crash before I get there

I use Lockito to simulate walking or driving somewhere. Also, if you think about it, legit players don't leave the game on 24/7 when they're going somewhere. So I also just open up the game starting somewhere after a reasonable amount of time has passed that would actually be required to get there. If I were to go long distances, I'd go to the local airport for a bit, quit the game for however long it would take to fly to your destination + add a buffer.

You gave the only reply that is relevant to the thread. Thank you. Would actually love to try this but as I said above, I don't have the time or patience
