Google play services has stopped working [NOX]

I cannot attach a google account or download apps because of this error. I have tried clearing the cache for google play services and it doesn't do anything.
Please help?

Did u turn the virtual thing on, in bios? If so, turn it off.

Yeah dear I can understand your issue as I was struggling with that lately as well until I found the solution for this weird error nox google services stopped. So the following methods are discussed in the above given source and they all are spot on for this error!

1. reinstall play services updates
2. Reset App Preferences
3. Remove and add again your google account

and many more until you get your error solved!
