    is there any way to speed up animation or just skip it?

    yes... just reverse their protocol and do everything via pakets

    Indeed, the animation is clientside, as soon as you press the "Yes" button for evolving the server register the evolve.
    If your phone is fast enought, you can kill the app and restart it to evolve another one instead of waiting for the animation to be over. But this require a powerfull phone, my Galaxy S4 is not fast enought.
