Rare/Elite pokemon hotspots on Bluestacks?

If you can, please list locations on where to find certain rare/elite pokemon in their highest spawn/known sightings. This is for people using Bluestacks to GPS spoof. Also, be careful and avoiding being soft banned (traveling very far at once).

There are no rare or elite pokemon spots. The best spots are the ones with a lot of lures in one spot. The rare pokemons you can get are Kangaskhan, Farfetch'd, Mr. Mime and Tauros which are region dependant. Farfetch'd can only be caught in Sokcho in South Korea for an example. Tauros in the US, Kangaskhan in Australia and Mr. Mime in europe. These are starting to be spotted elsewhere so the region thing might not last.

Just like Hunterhero said. Rares are actually rare, so you can't just go to 1 location where it will be constantly up. The best spots for rare pokemons would be crowded spots with lots of lures.
These spots have the highest chance of rares appearing. It can still mean that you wont see a rare in hours.

not true there is a kangaskan hotspot ive seen and a pincer hotspot.

Los Angelos Harbor College Machado Lake for me and for several others is infested with Dratini spawns for whatever reason. I caught around 30 of them there in one day.
