Spawn points repeat

Hey guys so I have been playing pretty heavy the last 3 days and noticed that spawn points will repeat. I have marked several in my area and now when I go out hunting I can take a more direct route around hit the spawns I know quick.
With this I now generally know whats around me and where not even looking at the footsteps. Ive also noticed some have better spawns then others one point will always be a zubat or drowzie but a different point will always be some water type crabby/horsey.

I guess what im trying to say is dont just walk around aimlessly track where your going and what your hitting and where. The spawns will generally repeat or have spawns of that type there.

Hitmonchan has spawned 5 time consistently at the same corner of my work. Me and my friends are slowly mapping out Toronto once we have some decent information I will share it here so you know where to go next time your in T.O
