it spams leftclick. so the shots always come out in middle

Well with the Roadhog Combo I never kill one because people can run away before the Melee hit dunno how to get arround that. Currently I use no Recoil to Sniper with 76 on normal Range I keep pressed, no difference there I think.

With Roadhogg run one step forward so you can land it. and s76 is no recoil, you can test it on some walls
