New Reaper teleport breach on Dorado (Torb turret/bastion). (Working as of July 1st).

Was just looking around and I came across another spot on Dorado for the torb turret glitch. I'm not sure how this didn't get fixed with the other.

I can manage to get up there, but I don't get how to switch the hero if I am there.

Yes you can, its tricky to find the place, but there is one.
