Person had no rep, on any website, did not know of he was Paypal verified or not, and wanted USA code when he lived in london according to his skype location, but his ip was in a different country, too many red flags for me. He wanted to do three separate transactions, when people have been doing that recently and reporting to Paypal they only wanted to do one, and charge back the others.

I only deal with people who do transactions normally.
