How long on average are the waits for new hacks?

It completely depends. Most of the hack developers have decided against making anything for Overwatch because Blizzard is very sue happy. Blizzard has also been very active in fighting hacks, so I wouldn't expect any public hack to last very long. Your best bet is to make your own and keep it very private. Be prepared to lose an account or two.

If there was any hack that I would trust, it would be the Buddy Bots. They have proven that they can RE warden pretty well and are willing to pull a product if it becomes unsafe. I would wait for them to rerelease Tyrant, wait a month or two, then try it out. They have a bad rep because Blizzard has been targeting them recently. You can't really blame them. It is a game of cat and mouse. If you don't want to risk getting banned, just play the ****ing game normally. It is a skill/team based FPS... using hacks takes half (or more) of the fun out of it.

If they are being targeted they are the very last people you want to be cheating with.

Its clear they are very good at what they do but its a cat and mouse game that the cat will always win. its best to put your accounts safety on the chances of a mouse the cat has not seen yet. rather then the one its busy trying to rip a leg off of.

It's more likely that there will be NO PUBLIC HACK end of the story

Lots of popular dev keep their stuff private because they get pwn'd otherwise

Arn't these the guys that keep getting hit with WoW bans? They're also not doing a very good job with Overwatch since they got hit a day after they released their product. I'm not blaming them because the game is really raising the bar here but I'm also not impressed by their initial effort. Blizzard will be relentless in detecting public hacks and the only way to get around this is by impersonating legit applications.
