Explain what happened: I opened a thread stating I wanted standard Battlechest keys. He private messaged me on Ownedcore saying he had 3. we agreed on a price through for the 3. I sent money. He never gave me the keys. Filed a claim on Paypal and now I'm posting this.

Yeah right, I'm sure this guy tried to scam him.... *sarcasm* this guy opened up a dispute with me after I gave him the Honorbuddy key that he purchased. I can see why he is banned. Make sure you NEVER trade with Alex Borcich. I believe his other account is killerblock1 so be wary of him as well.
