The guides won't be overly outdated come 2.3
The advantage to 2.3 is that the new EXP/Hr will allow you to cut 1/3 of the guides quests. At least thats what I am testing right now on the PTR.

Also Kopp's guide is still close to accurate with 2.3 and not so much editing will need to be done to it for it to match 2.3 so enjoy the package it'll still be fine to use so long as you adjust to the new EXP/Hr change.
