have a friend who plays world of warcraft if you don't have most hearthstone player do so add people after matches.
ask them if they'd like to do recruit a friend with you til lvl 20, without paying for the game just so you both get the paladin hero.
without or without heirlooms (special leveling gear) it will take between an hour or three hours at the very max.
