Marks may LOOK like a PVE spec but it isn't, it's more of a big hit PVP spec.
PVE specs are ONLY 41/20/0 and 0/20/41
I will post both.
Note: 0/20/41 is recommended if you have 30-40% crit.

Survival/Crit - 0/20/41 - WorldofWarcraft.com -> Info -> Classes -> Hunter -> Talent Calculator
I'm sorry, but as an intelligent raiding hunter, these specs suck.
Here's the survival spec I use for raiding. I have a 35.47% crit chance with it.

I might switch to this for a little more arena viability though.

Thanks to the other hunters for getting to JackDaniels before I did.
His specs are bad, don't use them, chromiumx's BM spec is probably the best you can have for a raid.
As your crit % gets higher you'll realize having both Go for the Throat and Bestial Discipline is a waste of talent points as your pet won't run out of focus. Spirit Bond is crap for PvE as is Bestial Swiftness. Your pet's chance to hit doesn't scale with your gear so Animal Handler is a solid talent. Go with Endurance Training and Improved Mend Pet as well, because keeping your pet alive will save you a lot of damage in the end-game.
41/20 is THE way to go... however having 1 Survival Hunter per raid is optimal for Expose Weakness. But if you do go the survival route, make sure to gear yourself for enough agility as possible. Your crit % won't really matter much, because you should be critting more than once every 7 seconds anyway even in blues. Just go all agility, all the way and you'll raid's dps will love you for it.
Hope this helps.
although ive never played a hunter, or a melee DPS class, my best mate IRL was the best hunter in my guild before he quit.
he was disguisted at the amount of hunters that dont spec for imp hunters mark.
it make not seem very good if you think of it for just your benefit, but for the raids benefit, if you have many rogues and enchancement shamans/dps warriros it would be a nice boost to thier DPS, even if it slightly lowered yours to spec it (if im not mistaken its +110~ attack power for EVERY melee user in the raid)
maybe something like this would be good also?
