Not to necro an old thread (well guess I am really but couldn't find a more up-to-date thread to use)

I used these guys after having to wait up to 4 weeks for another provider to accommodate my slot.
I used them for 3 different services, each with my own conclusion as to how it went.

10/10 Mythic BRF -
Went smooth, streamed live for me and got the desired loot output.
8/8 CM Gold -
once again went really smooth, watched them wipe once or twice but that's to be expected in CM.

13/13 Heroic HFC + Offspec -
Ok, now here's where things get a little 'grey' in terms of satisfaction and/or credibility.
The stream link was sent to me, upon loading I was greeted with a blocked out chat, no loot alerts during the raid and from the streamers POV he/she never peeked inside the bosses loot window to show what dropped either.

So I was literally guessing throughout the whole raid as to what loot my character was getting. I asked the streamer to remove the image over the chat box or at least show me what each boss was dropping but no reply or acknowledgement. In hindsight I should have messaged dving.net too but it slipped my mind due to the annoyance.

After the raid finished, I promptly logged in and found my character had received around 9-10 items, an average run I guess for 1 spec - although I received very little to no items for the offspec.

But the big kick in the balls was ZERO tier items/tokens and hardly any Upper HFC gear. Upon advising DVING of my dismay they basically said RNG is RNG, which is absolutely true and I won't argue RNG. But the chance of getting Zero tier tokens is VERY slim. So I took it with a pinch of salt, as ultimately I had no way of confirming what had actually dropped.

I'm not exactly unhappy with their service but would suggest they inform the guild/groups they use to run this service to be as transparent as they can, to avoid any 'suggestive feelings' towards them when customers are not entirely happy with loot volume and also if you are considering any service of this nature then ask the provider to inform the guilds/groups to allow you to see what loot drops.
