I was afraid at start but i gave it a try because the price was way too low for this kind of service but hopefully everything went good except from a bug that was on client side that didnt allow me to restore character. He explained to me that is a bug that can happen sometimes and gave me directions on how to contact GM and after a few minutes my character and was restored and flagged for rename. I totally recommend this guy+++
