anyway for thouse of you who are still straped for cash at 55's+ and want to make some quick gold. there is a tower in western plaguelands that has some scarlet spellbinders in it that have a very high drop rate of the formula enchant weapon crusader. i think the drop rate it something liek 20%. i dont now how well this sells any more in 2.3 but i am sure it still sells well. sorry if this is old news but thought since i read all this stuff for nothing i would try to help out.

When I wanted that formula I farmed that place for 3 days, got one drop.... Unless the droprates are altered (to 20% seems very unlikely), this is BS.

EDIT: checked thottbot, and it has a 0,2% droprate on the 6 spellbinders that are in the tower and have a crappy respawn time.... Happy farming :/

"formula enchant weapon crusader" drops from:
Scarlet Spellbinder
Scarlet Archmage

But they only have a drop rate 0,7% and 0,6% so where you get your 20% from i don't know.

I think it has gone up just like Icy (I made 3 rounds around the lake and had 4 icy formulas). Again I think a lot of the data on thottbot is kinda outdated droprate wise but I will check this out. I do know that fiery and icy both have had a MAJOR increase in droprate though.
