The short answer is maybe not.

The better short answer is YES absolutely. Followed by a permanent ban on your account. So say you become immune to CC, what good is that hack gonna be if you dont have an account to play it on? -_-

You can make it less obvious. and pretend its a latency issue. change dr to 1/4 or something. sit the normal cc when you believe your team can live ect.

I mean in a battleground or RBG or even a duel players can't really 'track' or don't really track drs. so depending on the environment you should be ok.
