So I bought a wod account from him almost a week ago, I paid him first, and after he said his pc isn't working, so I decide to message him a the next day asking when I can get my account, but he doesn't reply. A few days later he says he has problems currently. Then I ask if I could get a refund instead, but he has not replied to me since.
