What's the best method/spot for farming currency and land as many exalted orbs as possible in a given period of time?

For hardcore leagues you can farm dried lake with 200% rarity and get 2-3ex per day (random orbs, selling rare items, uniques etc) at an average of 6-8h per day.
For softcore leagues you do the same method from above but it will be less profitable because rare/unique items sells hard on softcore leagues, or you can try these two methods:
- get some quantity and farm maps (the higher the better)
- go SRS build and farm atziri/uber atziri as fast as you can
