    Bot questions

    Hello,

I would like to start botting on an other account but there is a few problems :

    1. I play wow on my main account on my only computer, since the other account will be connected to that computer, will Blizzard ban all the accounts on that computer or only the bot account ?

    2. I read on the forum that setting up a VPN is useless since they can see the IP. Besides using TOR could be the solution ?

    3. Could the bot be set up to run a whole dungeon, pick the loots, run out of it then run the dungeon again ?

    Thanks for all your replies

They can't see your real IP with a VPN, but they can see other information such as your hardware IDs and other information which can tell who you are. Using TOR on a WoW account, would be crazy, as each time you attempt to login, you would have to reset the password. It would probably also look very suspicious. I would recommend a VPN which allows you to set the country as you want it, preferably in either Cali or NY. Bots can do a lot of things, sometimes, you just need to make your own profiles for them, for them to do exactly what you want.

Usually they only ban the account which used the hack or bot. I have heard of rare occasions where they have banned all the accounts on an IP, but when I say rare, we're talking 1-2 cases, and that was in the early days of WoW. If you plan to bot more then one account at a time, then you will need to use some sort of virtualization software - which should allow multiple VPNs, one for each account. If you plan to play at the same time, use different computers.
