Pause while certain abilities are going to be cast

Hey,
I'm trying to get my CR to automatically pause when other abilities (not defined in the CR) are being used.
For example I want the CR to pause and wait while I use stormbolt. Right now the CR is spamming abilities and trying to get an instant ability (or sometimes cooldowns) required me to either use pause/unpause or spam the crap out of the ability I'm trying to cast.

one method of dealing with this is to have a pause modifier built into the CR

by adding that line, holding left shift will pause the rotation..Then you can bind the spells you're trying to cast to something like shift-1. What happens when you go to cast the spell is the rotation pauses (cause you're holding shift) and then the spell you're trying to cast goes off without having to spam it
