Scammed 70 PvE warr EU

I got a scammed lvl 70 PvE warrior. Already for 2 weeks
Never been able to log on him cuz no prepaid time over ( intact account). Looks like the owner aint taking it back. it's a 14 year old kid.
Got all his stuff except SQ, he doesnt know it himself
Got few epix.
14715 armor
12514hp
504 defense skill
20% dodge
16% parry
21% block and 23resilience.

Dnnw anything about about his PvP gear cuz never been able to log on him, just got this from his armory. He's Transferable.
