    [TOOL SUGGESTION] Sound Editor / Announcer editor

    Hello ownedcore user/team,
    i really miss a tool that could possibly change / edit sound files to make some announcer mods. Is there any skilled programmer out there who are willing to get on this? ..would be really cool for the fan community of heroes :-)
