Auto script logs out but doesn't drink

Could anyone in the community kindly take a moment to compare my Auto Flask Script's config to theirs? I cannot figure out why my script will log me out when going below a certain HP, but it will not drink the following pots that I've tested: HP, mana, quicksilvers

As a result of using manual methods to take HP pots, I have brought the HP threshold to zero. Still, QS's are activated and not being consumed:

i dont know either.. but some guy posted his but its his only post on this forum and it works with a dl link... been using it for awhile and no trouble here.. should be safe

badplayer posted the new offsets 42 days ago here (PoE Autoflask & AutoScript, Improvements and updates.).
There has been no real updates since then and it continues to work with those changes.
