Throwing a random guess here, but you probably need the files installed in C:\Program Files (x86)\Overwatch. Maybe throw a random executable named Overwatch.exe in there and see what happens when you scan installed games from the Battle.net app. Again, guessing here. Try that and tinker from there if it doesn't work.
